DeepSeek Harness 用户中途指导（mid-turn steering）插件。任务运行中给 agent 一句指导，消息在工具批次边界注入当前 turn，绝不打断正在执行的工具调用。
功能
/steer <指导>—— 醒目插话：指导以 steering 气泡形态进入对话/inject <指导>—— 静默注入：模型照常读取，对话流中仅显示一行紧凑上下文提示- 注入条 —— composer 上方始终可见的输入框（与输入框等宽），一键静默注入
- 模型侧提示词 —— 系统提示词新增 mid-turn steering 章节，告诉模型"中途到达的消息是对当前任务的航向修正"
机制
消息经由 Agent.steer() 进入 inbox 的 next-step 队列，在下一个 step 边界被认领为真实的 user/message 事件——不杀工具、不破坏角色交替、prompt 前缀缓存完好。/inject 使用 plugin 源 + notice 形态，UI 投影为紧凑的上下文行。
